Dr. Kailyn Wilcox is a board-eligible plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a passion for aesthetic surgery and a unique blend of artistic skill and surgical precision. Raised in Upstate New York and inspired by her background as a sketch artist, she specializes in facial aesthetics—including facelifts, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty—as well as body procedures like breast augmentation and mommy makeovers. With academic honors and leadership roles throughout her training, Dr. Wilcox brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every procedure. Now based in the Lowcountry and part of the Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery team, she is committed to helping patients feel confident, empowered, and cared for from consultation through recovery.

A native South Carolinian, Dr. Blum graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks). He received his medical training at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society. Before plastic surgery, he completed a 6 year residency in general surgery at MUSC.
