Patient Deposit, Cancellation, & No-Show Policy

At SG Aesthetics & Wellness, we are committed to providing every patient with dedicated, high-quality care. To ensure we can reserve the appropriate time and resources for your visit, a deposit is required for select appointments.


Deposit Requirement

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for the following appointments:

  • All new patient appointments
  • Established patient consultations
  • Dermal filler appointments

This deposit secures your appointment and allows us to reserve dedicated time with one of our licensed providers.


What Your Deposit Covers

Your deposit ensures:

  • Your preferred appointment date and time
  • One-on-one time with a licensed provider
  • A personalized consultation and treatment plan
  • Priority scheduling availability

This reflects the professional expertise and time reserved specifically for your visit.


How Your Deposit Is Applied

Your $50 deposit will be applied in one of the following ways:

If you move forward with treatment:
The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service performed at that visit.

If you are not a candidate for treatment:
The deposit may be applied toward skincare products recommended by your provider.

If you choose not to proceed with treatment or products:
The deposit will be applied toward the consultation, which includes your provider’s time, assessment, and personalized recommendations.


Credit Terms

Any applicable credit from your deposit:

  • Must be used within 3 months of your appointment
  • Is non-transferable
  • Is non-refundable

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change and appreciate your cooperation in providing adequate notice.

24+ Hours Notice

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance:

  • Your deposit will remain on file
  • You may reschedule your appointment
  • The deposit will still be applied according to this policy

Within 24 Hours of Appointment

Changes made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in:

  • Forfeiture of your $50 deposit, or
  • A $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file (if no deposit was collected)

This applies to:

  • Appointment cancellations
  • Rescheduling to a different day

Same-Day Time Adjustments

Appointments may be adjusted to another time on the same day without penalty if provider availability allows.

If same-day availability is not available:

  • The deposit will be forfeited, or
  • A $50 fee will be charged

No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as missing your appointment without notice.

No-shows will result in:

  • Forfeiture of the $50 deposit, or
  • A $50 no-show fee charged to the card on file

Patients who no-show will be required to place a new deposit before booking future appointments.


Failed Payments

If a card on file cannot be processed:

  • The outstanding fee must be paid before scheduling future appointments
