Helping Out for Dec. 5, 2018
The Charleston RiverDogs are set to host their annual Charlie Claus Movie Night, with a screening of The Muppet Christmas Carol, from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday. Donations will be accepted to benefit the Salvation Army Angel Tree.
People who bring new, unopened toys to donate will receive free admission to the event. Tickets to the event are $5 otherwise, while kids age 3 and younger and members of the Medical University of South Carolina Children’s Health Kids Club get in free. Read More

Boeing builds bikes for underserved children in the Lowcountry
CHARLESTON, SC (WCBD) -Boeing volunteers worked alongside active duty and military veterans Wednesday to assemble bikes for underserved children in the Lowcountry.
Roughly 100 volunteers worked to de-box and assemble 350 bikes for local charities. Read More
