Meet Our Staff
Vicky Tolbert, MBA Office Manager
Vicky is a true Charleston native. She graduated from the College of Charleston and just recently received her MBA with concentration in Health Care Management. She has 20 years’ experience in the medical field and has been working with Dr. Schimpf since 2007. Vicky meets with patients following their consult with Dr. Schimpf to give quotes, discuss financial options and schedule surgeries. In her free time, Vicky is busy with her four year old twin girls that love to play at the beach, pool, and park.
Shannon Driggers, Patient Care Coordinator
Shannon is from the Atlanta area and moved to Charleston in 2010. She has been working for Dr. Schimpf since the practice opened in 2013. She is usually the first person to greet you when you arrive at the office. Shannon possesses strong communication skills, a calm and pleasant demeanor, and an innate ability to be a warm and compassionate Patient Advocate. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and large family.
Addie Belasco, Patient Care Coordinator
Addie comes to us from Annapolis, Maryland and has been living in the Charleston area for three years. She joined Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery in the Summer of 2015. Addie is here to ensure that you have had exceptional service and care. She is usually the last friendly face you will see before you leave our office. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and being on the beach.
Jessica Cafice RN
Originally from New Jersey, Jessica moved to Charleston in the fall of 2015. After attending Coastal Carolina University, she started working as a Licensed Practical Nurse at The Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington. While working full time, Jessica went back to school to further her education. After attaining her Registered Nurse Degree, she then relocated back to South Carolina. With over eight years of Plastic Surgery experience, she has an extensive knowledge base in Breast Reconstruction as well as Aesthetic Surgery. Jessica is skilled in many areas from circulating in the operating room to treating patients with the Protégé Elite RF skin tightening procedure. In her free time she stays busy planning her beach wedding this Fall to her fiancé. She also enjoys live music, downtown Charleston, traveling abroad and spending time with friends and family. Jessica is a wonderful addition to our team, and she looks forward to her future in Charleston.
Megan Smith, Certified Scrub Tech
Meghan Smith joined the team at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery in the winter of 2015 as Dr. Schimpf’s assistant in surgery. She works alongside Dr. Schimpf during your procedures and surgeries. It is her goal to provide the best care to patients before, during, and after treatment, and to act as an integral part of the surgical team during surgery. Meghan graduated from Virginia College in June of 2015 with her Associates in Applied Science, Surgical Technology. Following, she was certified by passing the National Board Certification exam. Previously, Meghan achieved an Associates in Arts at Trident Technical College. She is currently continuing her education and will obtain a Bachelors in Science and move forward to PA school. Meghan was born and raised in the Low Country and comes from a very big family. While she is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being on the water, and the outdoors.
